Halloween Part 2: "Anna Renae is Born!"

Halloween became a little more eventful when I suspected my water had broken. Jimmy and I headed to the hospital around 7:30pm and my suspicions were confirmed. We were both in a little bit of shock but very excited as the hospital staff started preparing us for Anna's c-section delivery. Anna arrived at 9:41pm and was a healthy 7lbs, 5oz and 20.5 inches long. We are so blessed!!!

Here's our sweet Anna!! One of the nurses made an adjustment to her cap so she'd be styling in the nursery with a cute bow!
The next morning Nana told Jacob they were going to meet Baby Anna at the hospital. Jacob ran into Anna's room and got her pink stuffed hippo to bring. He walked into our hospital room with the hippo saying "Baby, Baby, Baby!" and was so excited to give his new sister her toy.

Jacob has been showering Anna with lots and lots of kisses!

    Congratulations!!! She is BEAUTIFUL...cannot believe it happened so quickly. Just saw Jimmy and your mom trick or treating - and then saw your email the next day. Cannot wait to meet her!!
